If we reflect on our most recent Fast Endurance season, what immediately springs to mind are images that we are familiar with by now: the number 57, the livery inspired by our colours, and The Clan logo on display on the sinewy front end of the V7 III. But more than anything else, this European Cup 2021 has left us with many memories of the intense experiences and the desire to have fun.
Those who attend the FMI Track Meetings know how much human relationships matter more than race performance, and – even if there’s nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition – it is everything that revolves around the paddock, before and after the races, that makes the atmosphere magical, as was the case once again this year in the 6-month Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance season.
A very symbolic edition, which ended on 10 October on the track of the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. As well as the great satisfaction of the final 6th place in the overall classification in the most crowded season ever (with 31 crews racing!), our own Marco and Alessandro, who we now know well, represented our community in the best way they could. Epitomizing two different Guzzi spirits, they formed a genuine, tight-knit team, which at every stage of the competition pushed to bring out all the passion that sets The Clan community apart…
