“For anyone with a bike in their being”, reads the slogan for EICMA 2017, on from 9 to 12 November at the Milan Showgrounds (Rho). For us members of The Clan there’s no further explanation required: after the many adventures we’ve had and the many kilometres we’ve travelled on the bikes this year, the time has come to slow down and take a stroll through the pavilions of the Esposizione Internazionale del Ciclo e Motociclo (International Moped and Motorcycle Fair) to see just what the world of two-wheelers has in store for us, and believe me, this is set to be the year of surprises.
“Made in Mandello del Lario” surprises, to be more precise. Many of you will be racking your brains trying to figure out what these surprises may be, meanwhile there’s a kind of aura of mystery floating about as we wonder what will be waiting for us at Stand I50 in Pavilion 9, namely the Moto Guzzi stand. We can’t and we don’t want to reveal too much, but one thing is certain, and that is that we will be able to get our hands on the best of the Moto Guzzi range, and much, much more too…
To start with, those of you that joined us to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary V7 are going to find many more good reasons to carry on celebrating, in fact, as many reasons as the number of new special editions of this iconic model that will be on display at the fair.
